Before you ask.
What counts as a conversation?
One visitor's chat, which becomes one topic in your Telegram group. However many messages go back and forth inside it, it counts once.
Do my visitors need Telegram?
No. They type into the chat bubble on your site. Only you and your team use Telegram.
Do I have to create a bot or set up a group?
No. You scan one QR code and we create the group, switch on topics and add the bot. The session we use for that is signed out right after and is never stored.
Can my whole team answer?
Yes. Add teammates to the Telegram group the way you would to any group. Whoever replies in a topic, the visitor sees it in the widget.
What is an active site?
A website with the widget switched on. Pause a site and it stops counting, so you can free up a slot without deleting anything.
How do I move to Pro or Business?
Card billing is still being built, so for now we switch paid plans on by hand. Sign up free, then write to hello@bantergram.com and tell us which plan you want.
Can I go back to Free?
Any time. You drop to the Free limits and the widget keeps working.
